But the smallest 'multicolor' fish looks like a nice male Nandopsis (Cichlasoma) salvini (or tri-colour cichlid) The pink one is tricky. I can't pick it. Need to see a better pic of the body shape of the pinky one, synspilums can have irregular spots like that on the tail but not stripes like that, they look festae to me so maybe Merjo is right & it is a cross?
