foai
Here is the picture of the ruziba's nest. He has swept up all of the marble in the tank to make a huge nest. The sub-dominant male is a bit of a loser and has to do with the rubble left over.

Ben
He has swept up all of the marble in the tank to make a huge nest I have found that’s what they do when there is 2 or more males in the tanks. My dominant male use to spit the sand in the overflow if he didn't want it. Anything to ensure the sub dominant male had virtually nothing to build a pit with. Phenomena
Beautiful! What type of sand is that?
foai
Beautiful! What type of sand is that? ← it is crushed marble I got off a guy down near Sutherland way. It has a nice sanstone hue but requires a lot of washing to get the very fine stuff out initially. Costs about $2 per kg. There is probably 25kg in that tank.
