funfish
Hey All, As promised more fishy pics from my faveroute markets with mainly a good mix of L numbers and some other stuff so here goes......some of the L pictured here I wasnt sure of what they were...hopefully someone can help.... #1, This was a massive Panaque sp which was well over 35cm in lenght which looked like a Royal of some type but lacked any body markings... #2, I was unsure again of this spottie L as there were lots of catties with spots. #3, This is a Royal panaque of some type and a small zebra around 4.5-5cm which worked out too be around $300-$350 AUD #4, This is another Panaque sp? I have no idea of what is is or even if it is a Panaque ? #5, This was a unusual Peckoltia sp that I was unsure of aswell but he/she looked just so nice #6, This was a mixed tank of L's with a lovely Zebra I think a Queen Arabesque, some Gold nuggets....were plentyfull only around $30-$40 AUD, a chopped off L47 magnum and this tank was also full off tiny Siamese tigers or Dats? they were tiny only around 3cm can you spot one? #7, This is a bad pic of what I think is a L135 but again Im not sure of what the spotted L is in there with him. #8, This is a lovely larger L47 Magnum they were quite common there and only around $25AUD, #9, This was the largest of the L46 Zebras I saw there around 8.5cm and a stunner he worked out to cost around $400-$450 AUD......great price but still not all that cheep #10, These were some beautifull true Aultum Angels I spotted #11, These are beautifull little Red Bee Shrimp that I fell in love with...I wanted them baddd!! #12, These little shrimp were what they called Cherry Reds they were in a beautifully planted 10 litre nano tank......does any one know what the plants are that look like small squashed crypts or swards? #13, This is just a pic of a beautifull planted tank I had too take a shot off . #14, This was a pick of a beautifull Takashi Amono style planted tank which I loved.....there were such beautiful planted tanks all over the place.....Thai fishheads are deffinatly tallented in this area #15 The shop that had this fighter specialised in in them or should I say jumbo Plakets....the red guy was a good 12cm the biggest Beta splendens Ive ever seen and another I couldnt keep my eyes off.......Platnum panda butterfly plaket..... #16 Last off all this is just a shot of one of a tight little alley of fishy / herp shops that seemed too be never ending.... These are most of the fishy snaps I took of this awesome place...but still have staks more photos, I hope you have all enjoyed looking .....and if you are ever in Bangkok on a saturday or sunday....and love fishy and herp related stuff you just cant miss out on Chatuchuk Markets, I spent the best part of a day checking it out and was sure I still didnt see it all.
