prosavage
I just bought 2 small juvies of red terror, but from various readings on the net and other forums, I'm not 100% sure now if i got the real red terror (festae) as the mayans are frequently sold as festae Then again, a lot of this happens in the US, so i was just wondering if the same case happens here, that is the mayan cichlids are available here .... Any opinions on this guys / gals .....
Euan Edwards
Mayans (uropthalmus ) are here but quite rare. Look at the tail spot is it round or oval/elongate, that will tell you. I would beleive they are festae. prosavage
The tail spot can be difficult to determine... i just count the number of bars on the body and there are 8-9 and the mayans are said to only have 7, does it sound right?
