trofius
What locality are they, Kigoma? Which I beleive are the ones that have been in oz for ages.. Are they breeding for you,.little rabbits they are.? You should try your hand at the Kavalas, resonably new to oz in the last year or so , and very pretty..I have a pic I can post here if you want, but wont unless you allow it, its your thread. philjo1
trofius they were bought as "kavala" When they are younger the fry are quite pale with the stripes. But the breeding pair seem to stay dark like in the pics. The female tends to show the stripes even though she is dark too. Cheers Phil
trofius
Ok than here is a pic of my Kavalas in the display tank, The male is in front with his lady behind, in this shot they are about 4 and 3 cm each.. Teh reason I asked was because they lacked the strips and looked a if they had the big sunspot type mark.
