yellow
Good luck in getting rid of all those babies (-; tell me about it craig. the last time i bred these guys it took forever to get rid of them and there were only four hundred, and i was giving them away. i wont be raising all of these unfortunately, just twenty or so to get one. few more, as a size comparison, the males about 35cms. killiguy
Great achievement How did you get them to not kill each other??What size tank and did you grow a few up together to get the pair? My big male Jag is so aggressive I cant clean the tank as he attacks everything that goes in,hes about 35 cm now and Id love to breed him but hes killed all the members of his 3 prior big cichlids communities(thats why I inherited him) I hope your prepared to take out a mortgage to feed all those fry
yellow
How did you get them to not kill each other?? divider. its still in there its just at the other end of the tank. she goes back and forth as she pleases and he cant follow because hes too big to fit through the hole. What size tank and did you grow a few up together to get the pair? 6x2x20. no, ive had this male since he was the size of the fry pictured; bred him myself about five years ago. the female i recieved recently when a few friends found it at an aquarium for me.
