aymenz
Hey Guys, Just a Quick Question here: Would natural sun light directed to the tank causes the Sand to turn Green/Yellow. The reason why I am asking this is because I have my tank set up near the Window and everyday before I leave to work around 7:00 I slightly open the blinds for the sun to come in so that I can feed my fish, and will leave it on this stat till I get back at around 5:00, I hardly ever turn the light on... Is this a bad Idea or is it a problem with my sand? Note: I have mixed play and coral sand... TIA
mcsx
Sounds like its just algae growing, wont cause any problems, just doesn't look so fantastic. Cheers Mark~
